bio-eagle software package provides Haplotype phasing within a genotyped cohort or using a phased reference panel, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bio-eagle
bio-eagle is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bio-eagle package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bio-eagle *
You will get with bio-eagle package name, version, architecture and description in a table
